Title:
President

Email:
Bio:
In 1999, David created Easton Construction, Inc. as the engine from which he would pursue the development of custom single family homes and condominiums throughout the neighborhoods of Chicago. With a blended effort of new construction and selective rehabilitation, David has significantly impacted the esthetics of several north side neighborhoods.

"Our business philosophy is quite simple. Whether we are building $2,000,000 homes or $200,000 condominiums, we endeavor to exceed the expectations of our clients by delivering exception quality, impeccable customer service, timely completion, and ethical business practices."

Prior to creating Easton Construction, David spent eleven years acquiring underperforming residential apartment communities in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. With an infusion of fresh capital, extensive renovation and intensive management, David was successful repositioning the portfolio into a multi-million dollar enterprise.

While financially rewarding, ultimately David redirected his attention to residential development succumbing to latent dreams of intelligent design. "I have always loved architecture. Great design will stand the test of time. I often ask myself, "Will I be proud of this development effort in 20 years?""

We add value to our clients by providing thoughtful analysis and creative thinking. By embracing cutting edge technology, remaining responsive, innovative, and efficient, and attracting the finest project management team in the business, the answer is a resounding, YES.
